I’m a self-confessed non-fiction book addict, especially in the area of personal improvement. As a result, I own and have read lots of books on habits and personal change.
Amongst everything I’ve read, I can’t recall anything quite as succinct and readable as this free 45-page guide from James Clear.
I’ve been subscribed to James’ list for quite a few months, and I’ve stayed with him because his articles are concise, interesting, and are very readable (i.e., enjoyable). Plus, some of his ideas have helped me improve the way I operate my life.
If you have a need to change some of your habits, like I do, I strongly recommend that you check out James’ free guide. It’s available here.
May I ask a favor? If you know engineers, students, or others who would benefit from this post, please use any of the share buttons below to pass it along to them. Thank you!
